Commercial refrigeration manufacturer Pastorfrigor has signed up for business software developer Cincom’s quote-to-order system to rationalise and automate its sales process.
Pastorfrigor manufactures a range of cooling units and displays for medium to large supermarket chains, as well as customised refrigeration products for specialist food stores.
The company believes its new system will cut quotation error rates and generation time, and reduce training for its sales force. It also says that faster time to market will contribute to growth, and expects revenue to increase by 25%.
The sales configurator being implemented is based on Cincom’s Socrates, which is able to handle complex sales requirements.
