Kingfisher snatches Sanderson ERP solution 27/09/2006

Fresh fish and seafood supplier Kingfisher is buying a Sanderson Formul8 ERP system to improve automation and integration of its growing business.

The Sanderson system is to be used in every area of the business, from the purchase of stock to delivery of products. Kingfisher expects the system to increase visibility of information for all staff, and to improve customer service levels.

Says Kingfisher project manager Toby Bennett: “We require a system to support every aspect of our business. More importantly we need a system able to support the challenges of the food industry. After researching the software systems available, we decided the Sanderson system was the one to meet our needs.”

The system will replace a mix of systems including Sage Line 50, spreadsheets and manual processes deemed unable to support the growing business.
