Lingfield chooses integrated warehousing and ERP 15/01/2002

Lingfield Warehousing, the Darlington-based third party European logistics provider, has selected ATMS’ StockTrack Plus warehouse management software, integrated with Navision’s enterprise (ERP) system, to run its entire business and support its future growth plans.

Lingfield’s md, Alan Grant, decided the company needed more advanced software to cope with cross-docking, cyclical and timed deliveries, quality control, assembly and packing.

“ATMS stood out from the crowd in understanding our business and how we could use systems to meet the increasing demands of our marketplace,” explains Grant.

As well as warehouse management functionality, Lingfield will use the new, integrated business software across its order processing, customer relationship management, charging and financial control areas.
