Sagem buys broadband and WiMAX business of Gigaset

Sagem Communications has completed the acquisition of the broadband and WiMAX business of Gigaset Communications – a subsidiary of Arques Industries and Siemens. It's the first acquisition for Sagem since being acquired by US private equity firm Gores Group and industry experts believe it will enable Sagem to enhance its position as a global provider of broadband products.
