The fundamentals of risk management are to be the subject of a free seminar from Risk Decisions on Thursday 14 May in High Wycombe. Val Jonas, CEO of Risk Decisions, says that it will provide insights into the process to help manufacturers improve cost controls and performance while meeting corporate governance, business and project objectives.
Jonas says he will tackle the subject of portfolio risk management, and that other sessions will deal with initiatives to help roll out risk management across the enterprise.
