The organisation says that users can expect to minimise materials and energy consumption, while gaining useful assistance in establishing best manufacturing practices. Key features include reports on yields, events, alarms and performance, all delivered through Wonderware’s web reporting and data visualisation component.
It also indicates that the system harnesses Invensys’ ArchestrA software architecture, enabling it to scale from a single line up to an enterprise-wide deployment.
