One stop shop emerges for industrial computer requirements

System integrator HardwarePT and uninterruptible power supplies firm SPowerUK say they are partnering to deliver improved systems availability for manufacturing systems.
Mike Lees, general manager of HardwarePT, says the company can now offer engineered solutions using tower and 19in rack-mount UPS products and packages to meet any industrial computing requirements, single and three phase. He also says that customers will now get access to SPowerUK’s experience and advice.
“The provision of secure power is critical to industry and therefore to HardwarePT’s portfolio,” he says. “We are delighted with the working arrangements that we have established with SPowerUK, their products and expertise.”
Ernie Rothwell, managing director of SpowerUK, adds: “The role of secure power to the industrial user has tended to be overlooked in many projects. We are pleased to be able to offer our products and expertise to HardwarePT’s customers, to bring the subject to the foreground and to be part of their continuous availability initiatives.”
