Crown Computing acquires Pasfield Curran Associates for work-life balance 01/05/2008

Work-life balance consultancy Pasfield Curran Associates has been bought by time and attendance systems specialist Crown Computing.

Crown’s stated objective is to further the cause of flexible working within structured time recording frameworks – building on its experience with time recording, activity management and scheduling systems.

“Both companies recognised the value in working together and became business partners about 12 months ago,” says Neville Henderson, managing director of Pasfield Curran.

“This is the next logical step to bring together two specialist organisations that together address the consulting, change management and technology solutions, into one concise offering for clients.”

And he adds: “Teaming up with Crown means we can provide a complete end-to-end solution using its Open Options software to manage the flexible working and optimised working structures that we know will increase productivity.”
