Swiss kitchen and washing appliances manufacturer V-ZUG is buying IFS Applications ERP to support integrated processes, from purchasing to after-sales support.
The company, which is spending more than eur 1 million on the system, says it particularly expects to be able to improve efficiency in managing its growing international operations.
V-ZUG says it will implement IFS’ software components for financials, engineering, distribution, manufacturing, after-sales services, and CRM (customer relationship management).
The solution is to be implemented in phases over four years.
